World Book Day 2026

Hello Sir, on 23/04/2026, on the occasion of World Book Day, a program was organized at the ASAMPRAS office. The book exhibition was inaugurated by the Honorable Commissioner Madam. Later, in the afternoon session, a library orientation session was conducted for the library members.

Today, on 23 April 2026, a book exhibition was organized in the library on the occasion of World Book Day. The exhibition included reference books, and information was provided on how these reference materials can be effectively used for study purposes. As the year 2026–27 is being celebrated as the bicentenary year of Mahatma Jyotirao Phule, the book exhibition was inaugurated by offering homage to the book “Mahatma Phule Gaurav Granth” edited by Hari Narke. In the second session, a library orientation program was conducted for the library members. During this session, members were informed about how they could access library services from home through mobile devices. Thereafter, copies of the Preamble of the Indian Constitution published by the Tribal Research and Training Institute in 12 tribal dialects were distributed to all officers and staff members. Everyone appreciated this unique program and conveyed their best wishes.
